Privacy policy – application

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained when the User (“User”) uses the Chemly® application (“Application”).

Failure to accept this Privacy Policy means that the User will not be able to use the Application.

PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data provided by the User are processed by Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe Alufinish Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Łódź at Al. Piłsudskiego 143, 92-332 Łódź, registered in the District Court Łódź – Śródmieście, XX Division, under KRS number 0000474676; NIP: 7282794580; REGON: 101659235, which is the Personal Data Administrator (“Administrator”) within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”).
2. The Administrator processes the data of application users only for the purpose and within the scope specified in this Privacy Policy. The user’s personal data are processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018. about personal data protection.
3. The scope of data processing as part of the use of the Application includes the following personal data: name, surname, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided voluntarily by the Customer in the content of messages sent via the Application.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to consent to the processing of personal data marked as obligatory will prevent the use of the Application.

INFORMATION SECURITY AND DATA STORAGE TIME

1. The Administrator does not share user data with other entities and makes every effort to ensure the security of the data it processes.
2. In order to secure data, technical and organizational measures are used to ensure protection of processed data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected. The Administrator undertakes to protect the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and against change, loss, damage or destruction.
3. The data collected by the Application will be stored until the user account is deleted. If the User is inactive, his account will be considered inactive after 12 months from the last login. The Administrator will attempt to contact the User in order to determine the willingness to continue using the Application. If the User resigns from using the Application or it is not possible to contact the User for 90 days, his account will be deleted.

USE OF MOBILE DEVICE RESOURCES

1. The application needs the following resources to function properly:
   1. Disk space necessary to install Application components and download files by the User.
   2. Access to the Internet in order to transfer data, send messages, and download files made available to the User.

   4. Access to the camera and files on the device solely for the purpose of possibly attaching photos to messages sent by the User in the Chat module.
2. The condition for the functioning of some Application modules is the consent to access
   to individual functions of the phone. Lack of consent will result in the inability to use the full functionality of the Application.
3. One of the functions of the Application is sending PUSH messages to the User. They are intended to notify you about important issues regarding the modules and functionality of the Application. They may also be used to convey information about new products and important announcements from P.H. Alufinish Sp. z o. o. Sp.K. Disabling the PUSH messaging function on your mobile device will limit the full functionality of the Application.

USER RIGHTS

1. The User has the right to access his or her personal data provided in the Application.
2. The User has the right to request the Administrator to modify, correct or delete any personal data being processed. The Administrator complies with such requests if it is consistent with generally accepted legal provisions.
3. The user may object to further processing of personal data. The Administrator complies with such requests if it is consistent with generally accepted legal provisions.
4. If the User’s personal data, which are necessary for the Administrator to provide services provided via the Application, are permanently deleted, the User loses the ability to use the services provided via the Application.
5. The User may also obtain from the Administrator a record of his or her personal data during processing, including information about this processing, at any time.
6. The User may obtain personal data processed by the Administrator in a generally used format and in accordance with applicable law.
