Personal data administrator

Chemly Sp. z o. o. Spółka Komandytowa, with NIP 7182794580, acts as the personal data administrator in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to enable Chemly Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. presenting an offer or providing information about its services, products or other interested entities.

Personal data is or may be processed for the purposes of:

  • expressed consent – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR,
  • implementation of the legally justified interests of Chemly Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. or third parties, such as handling internal processes related to running a business, handling civil and enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR,
  • performance of obligations arising from legal provisions – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: entities providing the Company with services necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including subcontractors in the field of customer service, marketing, IT partners, entities providing technical or organizational support, and entities authorized under the law. The transfer of personal data to international countries/organizations outside the European Economic Area may only occur if appropriate conditions are met to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

Personal data processing period

Personal data will be processed until the purpose specified in the consent is achieved or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first. After this period, the data will be processed only for the period of limitation of any claims and until the end of civil, enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings that require data processing.

Rights regarding personal data

Data subjects have a number of rights related to the processing of their personal data. These include the right to rectify data, access data, delete data, limit data processing, transfer the provided personal data and the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator or a third party, including profiling, for reasons related to a particular situation. . You also have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.

Complaints regarding the processing of personal data
