Selection of processing technologies
The first step in planning the launch of a paint shop or anodizing plant should be the design of the chemical process, followed by the selection of appropriate equipment and the design of the line based on it. We provide comprehensive preparation of technology tailored to the customer’s requirements, conduct necessary tests and technological trials, provide advice, and strive to answer all questions during the investment stage.
Product and laboratory training
An essential part of implementing new technology for the customer is product and laboratory training. We conduct training both at our headquarters and at the customer’s site. They include theoretical basics and practical tips, exercises in bath analytics, methods of preventing and diagnosing errors. We also provide information on safety issues during chemical process handling, as well as the use and disposal of substances in accordance with current environmental protection regulations.
Service support
Every customer of ours is provided with constant care from a technical advisor. You can count on professional service before, during, and after the process is launched, immediate response and assistance in problem-solving, support from an experienced team, and access to the company’s laboratory facilities. All these services are provided to our customers free of charge, as part of ongoing cooperation.
Process audit
If you have doubts about conducting the process, encounter any quality problems that are difficult to diagnose, or simply want to ensure that the technology is working correctly, we offer to conduct a chemical process audit, both for anodizing and preparation for powder coating.
